The Bramlett Agency is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team of Risk Reduction Advisors (Outside Insurance Sales Representatives).  We offer rewarding opportunities for experienced insurance advisors as well as training for sales professionals without insurance experience.  If you are a career-driven, self-starter, the world of commercial and personal insurance sales is a great way to build a well-compensated career. Compensation is commission based.  As a risk reduction advisor, you will build a book of business which will provide residual income from year to year.  You will have the opportunity to help businesses become more profitable by implementing and managing custom risk reduction programs.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for producing new business and managing the relationship of existing accounts.

Essential Duties:
Acquire new business revenue through sales to new and current clients.
Manage overall client relationships and is supported by day-to-day account management.
Assists, educates and develops other staff members in new clients sales and existing client service needs.
Participates in agency sales team program.

Qualification Requirements:
1+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
College degree preferred but not required
Insurance industry experience a plus
Acquisition/maintenance of appropriate state licensing
